Hillary is the founder of On Point Collective who transitioned from corporate America to pursue her passion for art. A conservative permanent makeup artist specializing in brows, lips, and eyeliner, she believes in naturally enhancing each client's unique beauty using whip shading technique. She prides herself on thorough communication, attention to detail, and creating custom, tasteful results.

Outside of work, she enjoys the mountains, cooking with her husband, and walking trails with their rescue dog Dixie.

Kalei graduated from CSU with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and a minor in Japanese. After the pandemic altered her career plans, she followed her interest in skincare and esthetics, becoming a licensed esthetician and licensed lash technician. Her goal is to make people feel beautiful one lash at a time.
