Hillary is the founder of On Point Collective who left corporate America after realizing her creativity wasn't being tapped into. She's a conservative permanent makeup artist specializing in brows, lips, and eyeliner — using whip shading technique to create soft, natural results that enhance rather than overpower. She prides herself on thorough communication, attention to detail, and creating custom, tasteful results.
Outside of work, she enjoys the mountains, cooking with her husband, and walking trails with their rescue dog Dixie.

Marion Lawson
Owner | Acne Specialist | Advanced Skincare
Marion is a Licensed Esthetician with 9 years of experience, a graduate of the Aveda Institute of Denver and the Laser Institute. She's a Face Reality Certified Acne Specialist — a specialty she pursued because of her own experience with hormonal acne and the frustration of being offered only harsh antibiotics and prescriptions. Her program has a 90%+ success rate treating mild to severe acne without any of those. She takes a full-body, educational approach to skincare and runs the esthetics division of the collective.

Kalei Young
Lash Technician | Waxing | Tinting | Lamination
Kalei graduated from CSU with a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and a minor in Japanese — she had planned to move to Japan to teach English, until the pandemic upended that path. She pivoted into esthetics and has been lashing since fall 2021. She's described as introverted but passionate about her work, with a love for animals (her dog Nagi), video games, and the gym. Her goal is to make people feel beautiful one lash at a time.

Tattoo Artist | Black & Grey | Realism
Hadley started out studying nursing and working as a CNA before realizing art was her true calling. She completed a rigorous 15-month apprenticeship at Love N Hate Elite Tattoo Studio in Lakewood, CO, documenting the whole journey on TikTok (@cuttlefish_ink) and earning a following along the way. She graduated as her own artist at the end of 2023 and specializes in black and grey realism with a focus on animals, nature, and floral work.
